Eric J. Billington, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA
Founder, Owner, and Clinical Director
Dr. Billington is a licensed behavior analyst with more than 20 years of experience in applied behavior analysis, developmental disabilities services, clinical leadership, and graduate education. He earned his PhD in Psychology from the University of Tennessee.
His work includes individualized behavioral assessment and treatment, consultation for people with severe challenging behavior, training and supervision of behavior analysts, and the development of clinical quality-assurance systems. He has published peer-reviewed research and has served in leadership and consulting roles for universities, state agencies, and behavioral service organizations.
At The Behavior Consultants, he oversees clinical programming, staff development, and a data-based approach to improving communication, adaptive skills, and meaningful outcomes for children and families.
